To ensure that doing business with Jenne is simple, a wide variety of payment terms are available. If you are a new customer, Prepayment, Credit Card, C.O.D.-cashier's Check and Bank Wire transactions are available immediately. Other options can be arranged on very short notice To take full advantage of all of our services, please complete the above customer application to begin your credit approval process. Note: A $30 service charge will be assessed to your account on any check returned from the bank for any reason. We accept: VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

We seek to provide you with the information, support and products you need to provide your clients with total communications solutions. We will gladly provide you with quotations, product information, and technical assistance. Our business hours are 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via our web site, or by facsimile at (440) 835-2788.

All orders placed with our sales team or online by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day, provided the product is in stock. All shipments are F.O.B. Avon, Ohio. Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground and Fedex. Guaranteed overnight and same day delivery are available at an additional charge for rush orders. A $7.50 fee will be added to all orders shipped via Fedex C.O.D. and UPS C.O.D. Please note Fedex and UPS do not accept cash C.O.D. Payments.

We can ship directly to your customer and include your shipping label and packing slip as provided by you. You may forward these items to us to be kept on file or you may e-mail or fax them to us at the time of shipment. A handling fee of $5.00 per carton applies on all drop shipments, plus applicable freight and insurance charges.

Subject to the manufacturer's product return requirements, defective products will be replaced within 30 days of invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Returns must include all components and items originally packaged with the product; including all manuals, documentation, etc. Please visit our Return Policy (RMA) section for more information, including obtaining an RMA number.

Jenne Distributors, Inc. understands how exasperating it is to receive a defective product. Shipping and insurance fees will be applied to all refused orders, as well as and a restocking charge of 15%.
