charge will be assessed to your account on any check returned from the bank for any reason. We accept: VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

All orders placed with our sales team or online by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day, provided the
product is in stock. All shipments are F.O.B. Avon, Ohio. Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground and Fedex. Guaranteed
overnight and same day delivery are available at an additional charge for rush orders. A $7.50 fee will be added to all orders
shipped via Fedex C.O.D. and UPS C.O.D. Please note Fedex and UPS do not accept cash C.O.D. Payments.
We can ship directly to your customer and include your shipping label and packing slip as provided by you. You may
forward these items to us to be kept on file or you may e-mail or fax them to us at the time of shipment. A
handling fee of $5.00 per carton applies on all drop shipments, plus applicable freight and insurance charges.
Subject to the manufacturer's product return requirements, defective products will be replaced within 30 days of
invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Returns must include
all components and items originally packaged with the product; including all manuals, documentation, etc. Please
