Training
Jenne University’s state-of-the-art training and technical services facility boasts two fully equipped classrooms, student lounge and conference demo center. The facility is designed to address your needs in an ever-changing telecommunications marketplace. The training center provides a complete line of manufacturer-authorized training and certification classes, sales workshops and hands-on technical training. Flexible formats include classroom, Web-based, audio tele-chat and on-site customer training. Jenne University is a manufacturer-recognized training facility for Avaya® and Panasonic®. Technical Services
Jenne’s Technical Services department is staffed with in-house technicians who have completed manufacturer certification requirements necessary to qualify for Tier 2 technical support. Jenne’s Global Technical Center is equipped with functioning IP-PBX systems that enable our technicians to simulate or duplicate your field situations. Systems include Avaya IP Office, Partner ACS, Messaging Platforms, as well as IP-PBX products from Allworx and Panasonic. Our technical team also supports all of the adjuncts and system peripherals that make up a complete communication system. Jenne’s Technical Services department is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST by calling (800) 422-6191 and following the appropriate prompts.

Our Experience
Jenne’s Inside Sales Team consists of over 30 members and continues to grow to actively address the needs of our customers. With an average of 8 years of experience each team member is equipped to handle almost any scenario that comes his or her way. The Inside Team is integrated with the Outside Team to ensure that the demands of our customer base are met on a consistent basis.

Our Sales Team
The Jenne Inside and Field Sales teams work together to provide first class customer service and support. Together they make sure every request is satisfied in a timely and professional manner. Staying consistent with Jenne’s B.E.S.T. care policy (Benefit from our Experienced Service Team), our sales team receives comprehensive training on all platforms and peripherals supported. Each Jenne account is assigned an Inside Sales and a Field Sales Representative. All sales representatives are required to attend over 200 hours of training at Jenne University in order to continue to maintain the same excellent sales support that our customers deserve.

Our sales teams work together to provide on-site support, demo equipment, training, and new product introductions to our resellers. Many of our customers require marketing and sales support and we work closely with our manufacturers to implement our customers’ requests for assistance.
