Our technical staff has over 200 years of combined experience in the telecommunication industry and has completed all manufacturer certifications necessary for Tier 2 technical support. Technical Support also offers for a fee:
- Staging Service that performs all the preliminary configuration, licensing and upgrades enabling you to rapidly deploy systems on your customers’ networks or as a stand-alone unit.
- Programming and Provisioning Service is also available subject to a completed data collection document provided by the reseller.
