Razberi Business Development Specialist

LOCATION: Avon, Ohio
WORK HOURS: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development 
WORK AUTHORIZATION: : United States (Required)

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Communicate and deliver the vendor’s value proposition to Jenne’s existing and new reseller base, inside & outside sales teams. In this position you will focus on Razberi’s IP Video Security Appliances and Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing/sales preferred
  • Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant product management, sales/or business development
  • Product background knowledge of video surveillance, unified communications, telephony, and networking a plus
  • Must be a highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals
  • MS Office - 2010 (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and PC fluency required

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Drive the sales strategy for the Razberi product line
  • Prospect and identify new reseller partners
  • Onboard, enable and train new and current reseller partners
  • Understand product road maps & communicate key elements
  • Understand go-to-market strategies, category trending and competitive information
  • Responsible for a minimum of 100 business development calls per week
  • Establish relationships and regular communication with the vendor
  • Tracking and reporting of activity utilizing CRM and other tools
  • Main point of contact on Product and Programs
  • Provide expert knowledge and support for Jenne sales teams and resellers
  • Engage with key resellers using video conferencing, audio conferencing, and trade shows

TRAVEL: Up to 15% travel is required for this position, overnight travel and stays may be expected.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Ability to sit a computer terminal for long periods of time
  • Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Ability to travel up to 15 percent of the time.
