A dedicated member since 1987, Dean currently serves as the President, steering the company's sales strategy and overseeing the company's diverse array of sales teams. Drawing on his extensive leadership and expertise at Jenne, Inc., Dean has been a pivotal force in establishing and refining the company's sales organization. He led the charge in developing Jenne, Inc.’s value-added approach. Throughout his tenure career path within the company, Dean initiated his journey as an Inside Sales Manager. In 1992, he embraced the role of training and expanding the sales organization. He progressed to the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing Sales in 1997. Subsequently, in 2007, he further expanded his responsibilities, assuming the role of Executive Vice President and successfully managing both sales and marketing.
