Virna Varnadoe joined Jenne in 2009 as Director of Human Resources. She has over 22 years of human resources experience and is responsible for all aspects of Jenne’s HR function, including the development of strong teams, driving business results through sound HR strategies and solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement to maintain a value-based culture. Her background and experience includes performance management, talent acquisition, employee orientation, policy development, employee relations and benefit administration.
Prior to joining Jenne, Virna was a Senior Human Resource Generalist for Deluxe Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company based in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she provided capital management to employees across the US and Puerto Rico sales division. Virna recruited top talent while involved with projects to increase productivity, reduce cost process and improve quality.
Virna is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
